Please note that the cost of the name change is entirely covered by the buyer. You will need to pay for the change upfront and then receive the full amount along with the ticket payment.

To proceed with the name change, visit the ticket issuer’s website where you purchased the ticket, find the name change section, and follow the outlined steps.

Once the name change is completed, only in DIGITAL format (PDF, Print@home, E-ticket), you can upload it on Ticketoo to finalize the sale.

To finalize the sale:

For an e-ticket, copy and paste the link to the web page displaying the QR code.
For a PDF, simply upload the file.

If name change is no longer possible:

Don’t worry—you can delegate the ticket to the new buyer. You will need to upload:

The delegation form.
A valid ID.
The original ticket.

Note: For some events, delegation may not be allowed. This decision is at the sole discretion of Ticketoo staff.
