1. Open the ‘’MyPlace‘’ app where you have your As Roma season ticket.
2. In the bottom bar click the option ‘’ Change user* ‘’ and then ‘’ Make change ‘’.
3. Select the match for which you want to make the name change.
4. Enter the data of the new user, i.e.: Last Name, First Name, Gender, Place and Date of Birth, Email to which the name change should be sent.
5. Confirm the user change.
If you encounter problems and need an example, click here
N.B As Roma allows the user change up to a maximum of 3 times. It will not be possible to change names for Big Matches.
