I made a mistake with my purchase. Can an order be canceled?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once the seller has accepted your request. However, there are two exceptions to this rule:
Cancellation Less Than 3 Hours Before the Event: You can cancel the order if there are less than 3 hours remaining before the event for which you made the purchase. This provides an opportunity for cancellation in cases of urgent need or last-minute changes.
Seller Does Not Respond: If the seller does not respond to your request within 24 hours of purchase, the order will be automatically canceled. This ensures you are not left waiting indefinitely if the seller is unable to confirm the order.
