I don't have the email of the buyer of my ticket, how can I do it?

If you don't have your ticket buyer's email, don't worry! You will need to enter your OWN email at the time of sale. That way, the new ticket will come directly to you, allowing you to properly upload it to Ticketoo to complete the transaction.
