I'm having trouble uploading my ticket

If you are having difficulty uploading your ticket, please note that on Ticketoo you can upload only digital tickets in Original PDF or FANTICKET format ( Click here to see an example of a Fan Ticket). Unfortunately, we do not accept paper tickets.

If you are trying to upload an e-ticket or a ticket that you do not yet have available (for example, because it has yet to be submitted), we suggest you go back to the previous step of the sale and select the correct ticket type.
