DIGITAL TITLES

In order to transfer digital titles, it will be necessary for the recipient to be in possession of a Dea Card.

These are the steps to follow
- access the website https://atalanta.vivaticket.it/index.php?nvpg%5Bsellshow%5D&cmd=ShowChangeTicketEventList;
- select the desired match, which will only appear from 10 a.m. on the day before the match
- select the option ‘Change from Fidelity Card / corporate digital season ticket’;
- enter the transferor's Dea Card number (12-digit numeric code, of which the three initials are 038);
- click on the ‘VERIFY’ button
- enter the recipient's Deacard number;
- proceed with the exchange.

You will then receive a receipt of the exchange made in pdf format.
The receipt alone does not allow access to the stadium. To gain access to the stadium, the recipient must bring their Dea Card, the pdf receipt (printed or saved on a mobile device) and a valid identity document.

TRADITIONAL TICKETS

In order to surrender traditional tickets, no Dea Card is required.
