Season Ticket User Change

To delegate your season ticket, visit the TicketOne website: https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order

and click on 'CHANGE SUPPORT'.

Please note that user changes for digital tickets can only be made from one supporter card to another and must maintain the same tariff compatibility (e.g., full price to reduced, but not reduced to full price).

User changes are not available for Family, Sports, or University season tickets.

The user change for season tickets must be completed by 11:59 PM the day before the match.

Single Ticket User Change

and click on 'USER CHANGE'.

User changes for tickets are not available for the away supporters’ section.

User changes are only possible with tariff compatibility (e.g., full price to reduced, but not reduced to full price).
