Why am I not receiving emails from Ticketoo?
If you’re not receiving emails from Ticketoo, there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:
Check Your Spam Folder: Sometimes emails may mistakenly be directed to your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders.
Check Your Trash Folder: Also check the trash folder in case emails were accidentally deleted.
Confirm Your Registered Email Address: Ensure that you entered your email address correctly during the registration process on Ticketoo. A typo in the email address can prevent you from receiving communications.
If, after completing these steps, you still haven’t received emails and more than 24 hours have passed, we recommend contacting Ticketoo support.
