What are premium notifications?

Premium notifications are a paid service that lets you receive notifications about available tickets 7 minutes earlier than users with standard (free) notifications. By enabling premium notifications, you increase your chances of getting a ticket for your favorite events!

The premium notifications package has a fixed cost of €3.49, is purchasable only once, and remains active until an order is completed.

What the package includes:

7-minute head start over standard notifications

Up to 2 tickets available for purchase

If you’re unable to purchase, we’ll refund the €3.49 in Ticketoo credits

👉 What happens after purchase:

If you purchase a ticket/tickets and the order is confirmed, premium notifications are automatically deactivated (you will still continue to receive standard notifications)

If the order is refunded, you will continue to receive premium notifications.

In the event that you are unable to complete any order (or all orders are refunded), the amount spent will be credited back as in-app credits!

The number of users who can activate premium notifications varies and depends on the individual event or the Ticketoo team.

Note: Premium notifications do not grant early access to ticket sales; the release time is the same for everyone.
