*Note:* To proceed with the name change, *the FIRST NAME and LAST NAME on the created account must match those on the ticket*.

Scroll to the bottom and look for the " Change User " section. Alternatively, click here.

Choose the option for the type of event you want to make the name change for: ‘’ *Football Match* ’’ or ‘’ *Other Event* ’’ .

Follow the instructions to update your ticket. You will need to provide the new user’s details. For football matches, you will need the *Fiscal Seal* on the ticket or *your Fidelity Card number*. For other events, you will need the *transaction code* from your purchase receipt (a code starting with VIVATK) consisting of 18 characters. (You can find this information in the MY VIVATICKET - MY PURCHASES section.)

The name change may involve a fee of €3.50.
