To change the name on a TicketOne ticket, follow these steps:

*Note:* Remember that to proceed with the name change, the *FIRST and LAST NAME* on the account must match those on the ticket.

In the "My TicketOne" area, find the "Name Change" section.

3. Segui le istruzioni per ripersonalizzare il tuo biglietto. Sarà necessario fornire il nome e cognome del nuovo utilizzatore insieme al Sigillo Fiscale o Codice a barre riportati sul biglietto.

Il cambio nominativo prevede il pagamento di una commissione, sia per il cambio online (3,50€) sia per il cambio effettuato nel punto vendita (5,00€).
