1. Go to the TicketMaster website and log in with your credentials.
2. Access the order containing the ticket for which you want to request a name change, and click on *"Name Change"* in the box above the order.
3. Click the *box to the left of the ticket* or tickets for which you wish to change the name.
4. Below the text *"New Ticket Holder's Name"*, two fields will appear where you must enter the *first and last name as shown on the new ticket holder's ID document*.
5. Select the delivery method and confirm. You can now proceed with the payment and submit your request.

The name change may include a €3.00 fee.
