I don't have the email of the buyer of my ticket, how can I do it?

If you don't have your ticket buyer's email, don't worry! You will need to enter your *OWN* email at the time of sale. That way, the new ticket will come directly to you, allowing you to properly upload it to Ticketoo to complete the transaction.
