In the absence of restrictions imposed by the Observatory, these are the procedures.

• *Tickets purchased online and at points of sale* can be exchanged by clicking here. The procedure generates a receipt that the new user must bring to the stadium along with the original ticket.

• *Subscriptions on WE ARE ONE CARD* can be exchanged by clicking here. The season ticket can be transferred to another fan card holder. The procedure generates a receipt that the new user must bring to the stadium together with their card

• *Subscriptions on APP* can be transferred directly in APP (click on MyBfc, subscription, other, change user). The procedure generates a new QR code which is sent by email to the new user, who must use it to enter the stadium.

The user change is available *from 48 hours before the kick-off of each match*.
