To surrender your subscription go to https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order and click on ‘CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION’..

Then enter the CARD NUMBER (example 030...) and the LISTICKET SECURITY CODE (6-digit alphanumeric code)

To gain access to the stadium, you will need to bring the fidelity card that benefits from the media change with your identity document and the receipt of the media change carried out.

Support changes are possible with fare compatibility: under 18 to under 18, woman to woman and over 65 to over 65. Full fares can be transferred to all categories.

Paper/PDF subscriptions

To surrender your paper subscription stampa@casa go to https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order and click on ‘CHANGE USER’.

Then enter the numeric series A.C. (e.g. 2018000000), the 8-digit alphanumeric CARD number (e.g. A0120000) and the sequence number (e.g. 8588).

At the end of the operation, a receipt/deposit will be generated which does not constitute a valid ticket for entry to the event. To enter the stadium, you will need to bring your paper/pdf season ticket with your ID and the generated receipt.

User changes are possible with fare compatibility: under 18 to under 18, woman to woman and over 65 to over 65. Full fares can be transferred to all categories.

Single match tickets

To surrender your ticket go to https://sport.ticketone.it/post-order and then CLICK ON ‘CHANGE USER’.

Then enter the typographical (example 2018000000), the 8-digit alphanumeric CARD number (example A0120000) and the progressive number (example 8588).

At the end of the operation, a receipt/deposit will be generated which must necessarily be brought to the stadium and does not constitute a valid ticket for entry to the event.

To enter the stadium, you will need to bring your ticket with ID.

Support and user changes are possible with fare compatibility: under 18 to under 18, woman to woman and over 65 to over 65. Full fares can transfer to all categories. The user change is not active for the guest sector.
