If your sale was cancelled, there can be two main reasons:

**You have not responded within 12 hours.** If you have not responded within this period, the sale will automatically be canceled and it will affect your reliability score.

**Less than 3 hours to the event** **and the buyer has decided to cancel**: In situations where there is less than 3 hours to the event and the buyer decides to cancel, the sale may be canceled.
