# I’m having trouble verifying my account

If you’re having trouble verifying your account because you haven’t received the verification email, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue.

**Check Your Spam Folder:** First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes, verification emails may end up there by mistake.

**Request Verification Again:**

1. Go to the profile section on the platform.
2. Find the email option.
3. Look for an option that says **"Request Verification"** and select it.
