I uploaded a ticket but I don't see it, why?

If you have uploaded a ticket to Ticketoo but do not see it listed, there may be several explanations:

Creating a New Event: If you have created a new event from scratch, it is normal for there to be a delay. Ticketoo must verify the new event before it becomes visible to other users. This verification process can take up to a few hours. It is a standard security measure to ensure the authenticity and correctness of the event information.
Adding a Ticket to an Existing Event: If you have added a ticket to an existing event, publication is usually immediate. However, there may be delays of a few minutes for technical reasons, such as server upgrades or data management.
