The purchaser (the person who placed the order) can change the name of the ticket holder in the “My Orders” section of their MY TICKET SHOP profile until 11:59 p.m. on the day before the match, unless otherwise specified by the competent authorities. Each ticket holder is allowed to change the name on the ticket once per match.

Please note that for the sale of sports tickets, there is no refund for any name change fees.
