To change the name on a ticket purchased through **DICE**, you need the original buyer's phone number. This is because the ticket must be transferred using the *"Send to a Friend"* option available on the DICE app. Depending on the event, the phone number may be visible directly within the sale details. However, if the number is not available, you will need to contact Ticketoo support to obtain this information.
