# For season tickets

* 1. Open the ‘’MyPlace‘’ app where you have your As Roma season ticket.
* 2. In the bottom bar click the option ‘’ *Change user* ‘’ and then ‘’ *Make change* ‘’.
* 3. Select the match for which you want to make the name change.
* 4. Enter the **data of the new user**, i.e.: Last Name, First Name, Gender, Place and Date of Birth, Email to which the name change should be sent.
* 5. Confirm the user change.

**N.B** As Roma allows the user change up to a maximum of **3** times. **It will not be possible to change names for Big Matches**.
